Streamline Credify Dev Browser Extensions — Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the Streamline Credify Dev browser extensions (Streamline Credify Dev Autofill and Streamline Credify Dev Form Scraper), provided by Streamline Verify, handle information.

What the extensions access

• Authentication/session data: The extensions read your Streamline Credify Dev session cookie to authenticate requests to the Credify backend on your behalf. It is used only to verify your identity with Credify.
• Web form data: On credentialing/enrollment pages where you use the extensions, they read the page's form fields in order to fill them (Autofill) or capture their structure for mapping (Form Scraper).
• Provider information: The Autofill extension retrieves provider data associated with your Credify account to populate forms.

How information is used

Information is used solely to provide the extensions' functionality. Data is transmitted only between your browser and the Streamline Credify backend.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and do not use it for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the extensions' stated single purpose.

Data storage

The extensions do not maintain a long-term database of your personal data. Any locally stored data (such as temporary captured field data) stays on your device and is used only to perform the action you request.
